His Excellency Abdirahman Mohamed Abdullahi (@Abdirahmanirro ), the President-elect of the Republic of Somaliland met with His Excellency Muse Bihi Abdi (@musebiihi ), the Incumbent President of the Republic of Somaliland at the Presidential Palace in Hargeisa.
